Our Limited Lifetime Warranty ensures that your purchase is free from manufacturing defects and malfunctions for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions below. Please read this policy carefully.

Coverage

Fortus Flame LLC warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The "lifetime of the original purchaser" refers to the period during which the original purchaser owns the item.

In addition, Fortus Flame LLC warrants no rust through for a period of five (5) years from the time of purchase.

Exclusions

This Limited Lifetime Warranty specifically excludes damages or issues arising from normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear are considered the natural deterioration that occurs from regular use over time. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper handling, negligence, alteration, unauthorized repairs, or any other circumstances beyond typical use.

Warranty Claim Process

In the event of a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at support@fortusflame.com to initiate the claim process. Provide your name, contact information, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

b. Our customer support team may require additional information, photographs, or other evidence to assess the claim properly.

c. If the claim falls within the scope of this Limited Lifetime Warranty and is not excluded due to normal wear and tear, Fortus Flame LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item.

d. If the exact item is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims, Fortus Flame LLC will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the defective item and sending a repaired or replacement product back to the customer within the continental United States. Customers outside this region will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Transferability

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the FortusFlame product.

Limitation of Liability

Fortus Flame LLC's liability under this Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Modifications to the Policy

Fortus Flame LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this Limited Lifetime Warranty policy at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect claims made before the policy's amendment or discontinuation.
